IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU RETURN YOUR PRODUCT OR REQUEST A REFUND.

 

Golfballs.net/Phoenix Golf Products LLC stands behind every item we sell. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and will be inspected prior to credit being issued.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, any product you return must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.

Buyer will incur return shipping charges unless item(s) being returned are damaged or incorrect.

Initial shipping charges as well as return shipping costs are nonrefundable unless item(s) being returned are damaged or incorrect.

In the event an exchange is requested, customer will return original item based on "returns policy" once product is received and inspected a refund will be issued.  Customer must place an order for the product they wish to exchange for as they are responsible for shipping costs.


      REFUNDS

      Once your return shipment has been received, inspected and approved we will proceed with your refund or replacement request.  If you have any other questions or concerns please contact us.

      Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment and credited back according to your card issuer's policies.

      Credit will reflect on original payment method within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

      Refunds do NOT include shipping costs.  Only cost of the product will be refunded.

      Refund requests due to LOST MAIL packages or packages that have been deemed delivered and confirmed via a confirmation number will be handled on a case by case basis.  Refunds will NOT include shipping costs, should they be issued.  We have the right to dispute and/or request a claim with the shipping carrier and refunds will be decided at that time.

      Refund requests upon confirmation of delivery of package typically are denied, due to the fact we have confirmation the package was delivered to the customer per the shipping service carrier.
