ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Most orders will ship within 2-5 business days of ordering, however, some orders can take up to 7 business days based on the time of year and holiday seasons.  Time in transit does not include actual day the package leaves our facility.  We appreciate your patience during high peak seasons as increased order volumes are being worked on as quickly as possible to ship out in a timely manner.

Time in transit (also known as “Delivery Window” below) does not include actual day the package leaves our facility, please understand we do not have control over the delivery services once the package has left our facility.  Use the tracking number provided and contact the carrier as needed with any concerns once the package has been shipped.

If we find ourselves unable to ship in the timely manner above, we will notify you of the potential delay.

Our shipping charges reflect continental USA shipments only. Please call 1-800-238-8679 or e-mail us at sales@golfballs.net for shipping quotes on larger orders, international shipments and those bound for delivery to Military APO's and FPO's.

UPS Next Day Air, etc. (available by request at an additional cost, please give us a call for pricing)

Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost of your order based upon its weight, and order size during checkout. If the items in your cart qualify for free shipping, then no charge will be made.  Bulk golf ball orders of 48 count bags or higher DO NOT qualify for free shipping at this time.
