ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders will ship within 2-5 business days of ordering, however, some orders can take up to 7 business days based on the time of year and holiday seasons. Time in transit does not include actual day the package leaves our facility. We appreciate your patience during high peak seasons as increased order volumes are being worked on as quickly as possible to ship out in a timely manner.
Time in transit (also known as “Delivery Window” below) does not include actual day the package leaves our facility, please understand we do not have control over the delivery services once the package has left our facility. Use the tracking number provided and contact the carrier as needed with any concerns once the package has been shipped.
Please see our refund policy should your package get lost in the mail or other issues regarding the shipping services we provide as these often will be disputed with the shipping service as once the package leaves our facility and is in transit in their process there is not much we can do.
If we find ourselves unable to ship in the timely manner above, we will notify you of the potential delay.

Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost of your order based upon its weight, and order size during checkout. If the items in your cart qualify for free shipping, then no charge will be made. Bulk golf ball orders of 48 count bags or higher DO NOT qualify for free shipping at this time.
Recycled Golf Balls. Our top quality balls from our hand-selected and graded sorting process. Excellent condition, appear and feel like a new ball. No scuffs or club marks, very little wear. Will contain team or corporate logos and/or standard player pen markings.
Recycled Golf Balls. Very good condition, similar to balls that have been played a few holes. Small blemishes, slight abrasions, discoloration or loss of shine on some balls may be possible, but will not affect performance or the integrity of the ball. Will contain team or corporate logos, players pen markings can also be present.
Recycled Golf Balls. Playable balls for the golfer that doesn't mind some slight abrasions or scuff marks. Can have varied discoloration/tint more prevalent on some specific brands, will contain team or corporate logos and/or larger player pen markings/drawings Can include imprints of X-Outs or Practice on them.
